Rotary extraction carpet cleaning takes less water. Because the agitation involved soaps are not needed for and are not left to re-attract dirt. Rotary extraction carpet cleaning also cleans every side of your carpet. Wand carpet cleaners usually only clean back and forth. At TBC we pre-spray all your carpet with a mixture that will remove oily and water based dirt and stains. The pre spray is applied 
at
maximum temperature to insure the most effective results. After giving a sufficient dwell time we use our rotary extraction carpet cleaning machine to apply a rinse and naturalize the pre-sprays. The rinse acts as a fabric softening agent to insure that your carpet has a soft, like new feel when it is dry. The rinse is applied at high temperature also. Because of the great extraction power of rotary extraction carpet cleaning your carpet is left wettest at the top of the fiber. As you move down the fiber is dryer, not wetter like with wand cleaning, This means no dirt forced down into your carpet and wicking cannot occur.
